The Griffith Aero Club is located on the southern side of the
aerodrome. The club's facilities consist of a large
air conditioned club house set amongst manicured lawns and rose gardens.
The club house includes a kitchenette and a dedicated training room.
Adjacent to the club is the club's BBQ area and two large hangers that house
the clubs aircraft. |

Some of the club's members just hanging out on
a Sunday afternoon after a day's flying |
| Visitors to the airport also get to enjoy
some of the clubs hospitality. Club member also get an up close view
of some great equipment not often seen by outsiders. |
 |
 |
The ladies get to relax with a glass of wine
while the blokes try to do the cooking on the BBQ. After all, the club is as
much about socialising as it is about flying. |
| Bob and Gordon plan the next fly away to
visit another flying club, possibly Temora, Forbes or Dubbo. |
